What are the monthly costs?

Where is the physical location of your Website Hosting Servers?
- Our Website hosting server is currently located in LA at a major data center.
What kind of Internet connection do you have?
- Uplinks to Peer 1 Network, the first company in the world to offer a 100% Uptime Guarantee, provides world-class IP Network and state-of-the-art Server Co-Location Facilities to over 800 businesses in North America. Our server is connected to a 100% Cisco Powered Network. Using enterprise-class Cisco networking gear, all routers, layer-2 switches, and layer-3 switches are tested in labs prior to deployment to ensure stability and interoperability.
Do you have a T3 or T1 line?
- Neither. Our web server is directly connected to dual OC-48 (2X2.488 Gbps) uplinks to the Peer 1 network with fully redundant network and power systems.

Clients

How many other clients do you have?
- 33 as of September, 2005.
Do other clients' Sites experience usage peaks that might affect access to my Site?
- No. The Server hosting Web Sites are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to catch any usage peaks by top level technicians. Each of our servers have a limited amount of Clients per machine to prevent any usage peaks. It would be nearly impossible short of server breakdown to experience a usage peak.

What kind of technical support do you offer?
- Full E-mail, phone, & 24 hour Client support relating to your hosting account.
Is someone on site 24 hours a day?
- Yes, at the data center.
What kind of security do you provide?
- SSL, & web site I.D for Site encryption. Symantec Anti-Virus for Virus protection and various built in server 2003 firewall protection. For Data Center security, they are physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the floor the datacenter resides on is restricted and completely locked down.
What kind of backup systems do you use?
- Full power backups. For data, server backups are performed weekly to a second hard drive for web and Email plus once locally after every website update.
How much storage will I get?
- As much as you want starting at 100 MB disk space - $1 per month for each additional 100MB.

- Yes
What kinds of reporting do you provide?
- Server based statistics - Allows for tracking of visitors to site. Also identifies areas of improvement. This provides you with the ability to measure the success of your site and identify demand in previously unidentified markets.
How many e-mail addresses do you provide?
- Unlimited based upon disk space that is included for each account.
Do you support electronic commerce?
- Yes - Our systems support a number of e-commerce solutions that when combined with an online credit card processing service, offer real time capabilities for online sales.
