The following questions have been provided through a search of the most common questions future Website owners ask and what we feel you may want to ask. Costs

How much have similar projects cost?
- The total for a complete Website has ranged from $250 to $7,500 (not including ongoing updates and Website hosting). We will need to find out what type of Website you want first. All our web site work costs only $75 per hour, no minimum. Website hosting with us starts at $15 per month. You also have the option of choosing a different hosting provider. It goes up from there depending on your needs (i.e. secure e-commerce usually requires a more expensive hosting package). We have saved businesses thousands in website costs. What services does the estimate include?
- All of our services other than hosting are included because we charge by time rather than by product. In an example; a competitor charged $299 for a 2 page Website with 2 graphics on each page. We can do the same thing in about 1 hour depending on the amount of content and whether or not our customers supply us with the graphics. If our customers send us the content via email, the time can be cut in half because all we need to do is copy and paste. Total cost to you is $37.50.

How do you develop the design concept?
- Have you been to websites that you not only had to scroll up and down, but side to side or waited until some fancy animated graphic loaded? Unlike most website developers, we take many factors into consideration, particularly the Site visitor. We focus on practicality, website visitor & customer satisfaction.
- Every visitor is a customer or potential customer and a website is the ultimate answer to all your customers questions when they want it. It is also a tool for them to obtain your products and services at their discretion. We develop websites utilizing combinations of proven techniques which are designed to provide maximum exposure of what you are providing (products, services, concepts etc.) to your targeted visitors in the quickest, easiest, and most detailed way possible. We pay special attention to website demographics, user polls, and Internet research. The design we use is based on the needs of your visitors (potential & current Customers/Clients) with considerations of search engine compliancy, host server bandwidth & power, visitor bandwidth, web browser & printer compatibilities, monitor resolutions, web site content, navigation, download speed, interactivity, media technologies, forms and maintenance. The faster and easier it is to access requested content on your site, the better the chance for the average Visitor to obtain your products or services. Our services are often said to be different from our competitors (other than the discount rates) in the sense that we understand the bigger picture, which is your bottom line, and we develop your site with that in mind. In any case, we consult you in the design process and as our client, you have the ultimate say what goes into your website regardless of our philosophies.
How much input will I have?
- You will have 100% input. After all, it is, or will be, your Site. We are at YOUR service and focus on YOUR satisfaction (if you're not satisfied with our services, don't expect to get a bill)

Maintenance

How do you manage Site updates?
- We receive your instructions, information or content (text, graphics, multi-media) via e-mail, phone or in person. Many times we can update your Site as we talk on the phone, so you can see your updates happen in real-time. We collect, create, and/or design information/content per your instructions or you can provide it to us. TIP: By providing us with updated content (text, graphics, and multimedia information) via e-mail and being as detailed as possible with instructions, we have the ability to "cut and paste" rather than retype or scan the information, which sometimes saves both of us time and you money. We focus on the availability to update your Site when YOU want. Communications is the key, that's why we give you 24 hour support (we understand that you may need your Site updated immediately on occasion).
Can someone on my staff make changes or must they go through you?
- Of course you can make your own changes. It is your Site and you own it. Making changes on your Website depends on whether you have the time, knowledge and tools to do so. Cooperation is important if you do, as a Website can quickly deteriorate without it. One of the advantages to acquiring our services, is to allow you to concentrate on your own business. Some Businesses like to have us gather information and make updates as needed. Others like to contact us with the information before we make any changes or updates or both. It's all up to you. Remember, We are at your service. We can also create a custom built administration page to where you can edit your own content over the internet without any HTML knowledge.

Experience

What is your technical expertise?
- We have been working with computers for years (before hard drives were used as they are today), when I could press the "Turbo" button that made the speed double to 4Mhz from 2. We work with programs such as Microsoft® FrontPage®, Microsoft® Expression Web®, and Motion Artist™ and are able to provide interactivity, graphics, streaming sound and video along with basic scripts.

- Depending on the content and type of Website, it could take from a few hours to several hundred.
